PRIMS- Adding a New User

Hey all, When i first joined UNO, I came across a never heard tool called PRIMS (I still don't know what it stands for, If it does). So i decided to learn something by browsing the web. To my surprise, there was not much available on the web. Being very new to the tool, we were really struggling to make the tool function. we had to do a trail and error kind of work every time we used it. So i decided to blog everything I learn about it, Which might be useful to someone else..... So here i would discuss about adding a new user step by step.I will also include the snapshots whenever possible. Here are the Step by step instructions on how to add a user in PRIMS: Add user : Right click Users >user Login. Add user to the group : Applications> select user group > Add the member below. Update User rights : Tools > Update user rights > click OK. Run the saved script. I do not have the screen shots as of now. Will add them as soon as I can get them.

Folks!!!! I am the New DBA in the town

Hey all, I am Chitanya Chitturi. I am working as a SQL server Database administrator. When I joined I have been introduced to a variety of tools like the PRIMS(Pharmacy Rebate Information Management Systems ), which I guess are not widely used in the markets. As a result, there is not much information available on the internet for these tools. I will try to post about these tools as and when I learn about them. Thanks Chitanya Chitturi
